Our Commitment to Transparency and Community

Prothoma is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating and nurturing Bengali culture in the Bay Area.
As a community-driven organization, we believe in operating with openness, accountability, and respect for the voices of our members.

This Constitution and set of Bylaws outline how Prothoma is governed — including the roles and responsibilities of our leadership team, our election process, membership rights, and the framework that helps us serve our community with fairness and continuity.
